Are these tours safe?
Safety is always the first priority followed very closely with the adventure. At Outlaw we pride ourselves in how we maintain our vehicle fleet and how seriously our staff takes your family's safety. You will be with a guide for your entire trip, they are there to ensure your safety and to make sure everyone enjoys the trip. There may be times where you think you or the vehicle you are driving might not be able to do what you are looking at. Rest assured our vehicles are built and maintained better than any other fleet in Moab.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all participants that would like to adventure with Outlaw will be required to fill out a waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 will need to have a parent or guardian sign for them. This is for your safety and ours.
Is tipping the guides customary?
Our guides strive to be the best in Moab and we feel like they meet that goal. While tipping is not required it is alway appreciated. Our guides do everything they can to make sure you and your family have the trip of a lifetime. If you feel they have met or exceed your expectations then please show them how much by providing a tip.
Can pets or service animals come on the trip?
We love our pets here at Outlaw, you may even be greeted by George, our shop dog. As much as we love our pets we also need to keep them safe and there is no way to do that out on the trail. There are hidden dangers out there and the last thing we would want is one of our furry friends to be injured. Service animals are always welcome with a proper harness and must remain in the vehicle at all times. We highly discourage bringing any pets on tour. Feel free to contact us and we can work together to make sure you and your pet are safe.
Do you offer any military or service industry discounts?
We are happy to support our United States Military and service industry personnel. As a token of our appreciation we offer a %15 discount for any active duty or retired military personnel and a %15 discount for all community service personnel. When booking please use the code Military15 for all active duty, and retired military personnel. When booking please use the code Service15 for community support personnel. This includes all police, firefighters and first responders.
Is it possible to take a private tour?
Yes, our Jeep “Ride Along” tours are private and any of our “You Drive” tours can be made private by selecting “Make it Private” while booking. You can always call us and book directly to get the most customized experience.
